Declaration and execution

Each signatory warrants, on behalf of the Customer, that they:

have read, understand, and agree to the Privacy Statement and Credit Facility Terms; have read, understand, and agree to the Terms of Trade; understand that if the Customer is a company, the credit facility may be conditional on each director executing the Deed of Guarantee and Indemnity; have had the opportunity to obtain independent legal advice prior to submitting this application; declare that the credit sought is to be applied wholly or predominantly for business or investment purposes (other than investment in residential property).

This is an important legal document. You should obtain independent legal advice before signing. By signing the business-purpose declaration you may lose your protection under the National Credit Code.
